Twice Ubaldo Jimenez thought he had escaped his abysmal third inning. First, Aubrey Huff hit what appeared to be a double-play bouncer to second base and then Travis Ishikawa lofted a high fly to right that the Colorado Rockies ace was so sure would land in Ryan Spilborghs' mitt that he started jogging off the field.
